Dear victims of the FBME-affair,
It was a pleasure meeting you at the FBME creditors meeting 29.03.2025.
At last I do not feel so alone anymore. But that is about it.
I hope you have all returned safely home and you are doing well.
Let us share a few ideas about FBME.
I propose to structure some issues that may be of interest e.g.:
1. What was the motive to shut down FBME?
2. What do the owners of FBME say?
3. What do the staff of FBME say?
4. What does the liquidator say?
5. What assets may remain hidden?
6. What jurisdiction may favourable for legal actions against perpetrators?
7. What do you have to say about how Cyprus handed the FBME Affair?
8. Who can be made responsible for compensation for consequential damages?
9. Would it be helpful to offer a reward to unveil the FBME mystery?

Please respond who would join a class action law suits again against the institutions that are responsible for the destruction of FBME :
Re: Start Issues?
Has anyone with an accepted Cyprus-branch claim actually received funds since 29-09-2025?

Re: Start Issues?
Not that I am aware of.
To the contrary I have been again asked by FBME again to disclose further details of my business that I undertook while using FBME that I still consider confidential. I have come to the impression that the repeated request for additional information cannot be explained with ordinary banking-KYC.
What is further annoying me is, that the buying power of my nominal assets are so drastically reduced by the current EUR-inflation.
